Once my site is built, can I update my information?

Yes, WiredWedding makes it simple to update any information in your site. Simply Log In and you will be taken to a wizard that will help you update the information that you’ve entered.

How much does this cost?

We are no longer offering purchases of wedding websites or new registrations.

How will my guests get to my website.

When you sign up, you to pick a website name. Then, your friends simply type websitename.WiredWedding.com into their browser and they will be at your website!

Can I extend the time that my site is online?

We are no longer offering web site extensions.

I’ve decided I want to give my WiredWedding site a new look, what are some of my options?
There are lots of things you can do to alter the feel of your site. You can change the theme, this will change everything from the images and the colors used to the layout of the page. We have carefully composed these themes to be attractive as well as user friendly.

In addition, you can update your information. Maybe something has changed since you first put together your site. You can change the content any time you wish.

Another option for giving your site more zing is to upload photos of your own into your WiredWedding site.

I want to have pictures on my website, but I don’t have a scanner. Do I have any other options?
For the quickest turnaround, you may want to take your photos to a photo processing center where they can scan them for you and put them on a disk (often within 24 hours). If you don’t like this option, we will scan up to 10 pictures free of charge and put them on your site. All you have to do is send them to us along with you name and email address to the address below:

If you do not want your pictures back, we will dispose of them. If you want them back, make sure you send us a self addressed envelope with proper postage along with your pictures. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your pictures incurred during shipping, processing, or otherwise.

Who can view my site?

By default, your WiredWedding site is viewable by everyone. If you would prefer to have more privacy, you can remove it from our Find A Couple. And for even more privacy, you can have your page password protected. This way, only people that you choose can view your site.

Is my information secure with you?

We at WiredWedding are committed to making this the best experience possible. Also, we hate getting junk mail just as much as you. Therefore, we will never provide any information to any spam lists. That is our promise to you.

When will my WiredWedding site be available?

As soon as you create your site, it will be viewable online.

I’m not comfortable making a credit card transaction over the internet, what other payment options do you provide?

We also accept personal checks, or money orders. When paying by personal check or money order, please mail payment, along with your name, mailing address, phone number, website name, and email address to the following address:

We will activate your 18 month subscription upon receipt of your payment.

Do you offer any type of guarantee?

We certainly hope that you will be completely satisfied with your wiredwedding website. If, however, within the first 30 days of your subscription, you are dissatisfied with our service, you will receive a full refund.
